I ordered the Autel EVO 2 8k. One of the most frustrating thing about it is you are limited to a smart phone and not a tablet. Great flying drone, but is a bit twitchy in the wind.

I was able to fly these flights for the Mid Del school system without the restrictions set out by DJI, and do it all with one charge. The drone itself is an absolute beast.I really love my Autel Evo 2.

He came through as promised and the service was always positive and quick. This is a huge problem with me because I have the proper authorizations, wouldn't fly without them, and this should be good enough to fly. Autel does not have geofencing which would be a pain to deal with. Customer service was great.

I love the display, but hate the radio itself. Let me know I am in restricted airspace, but don't disable my drone because of it. I was ready to take the plunge and get one just based on the flight time, and the non geofence capabilities, but after flying it I am not sure I will.

I highly recommend this dealer and the product they carry. DJI loses to this one for sure. I have flown the Mavic 2 in 30mph winds with a lot more stability than the Evo 2. These drones feature some serious specs and can certainly give the DJI Mavic a worthy competitor. For instance, according to Autel, the EVO 2 features a 40-minute flight time, which means it has the longest battery life of any foldable drone on the market (including the Mavic). Although there was a little problem with UPS getting through customs. Solid and well-built Autel is the brand known for making high end products for professionals. Capture content at resolutions up to a massive 8000x6000. 33 minutes of flight time on a charge is amazing.

So, bottom line I am very impressed with Autel's attempt to take on DJI in an amazing foldable drone, but I just don't think they are quite there yet. I initially thought I had left the gimbal cover on, but that was not the case. The process was a little different on shipping.
